What are your fabric options?

Under each category, there is a drop-down menu with each item that contains fabric pattern options and types of fabric available for that item. You can customize some items while some will be RTS (ready to ship). This is all indicated throughout the order process.

Fabrics we use, depending on the item, are mostly cotton lycra, bamboo jersey, interlock, cotton woven and double gauze. Organic fabrics are listed as such and there may be a small price difference due to the cost of some items arriving directly from Europe.

How "handmade" are your items?

ALL items thus far are cut and sewn by me. I like to source Canadian fabrics locally, and I do not have employees nor do I buy bulk from a manufacturer. My daughter has recently shown clothing design and sewing interest and has started to work alongside with me to learn the cutting process.

My items are all handmade they will have small variations at times.

What is your sizing?

Sizes I generally produce are NB -  Eight yrs. We do offer Preemie and larger sizes upon custom requests. Sizing is according to US standards and the pattern creators. If you have a child who is outside of standard measurements PLEASE contact us to discuss how to alter the garment!

Our grow items are probably one of the most practical items we carry due to the flexibility in sizing and the life of wear and fit.

How do I care for my items?

Each fabric care requirement is on a permanently fixed tag on the garment as per The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). If in doubt you have removed your tag, always wash on cool with light colors and tumble dry on low with NO BLEACH! Handwashing and hang drying is even better.

What is your Shipping policy and cost?

We ship everything via Canada Post. Orders up to $50 are $5 to ship via lettermail.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT LETTERMAIL HAS NO TRACKING OR INSURANCE AND IS AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER SHOULD THE PACKAGE BE LOST. THESE ALSO CAN TAKE 4-20 DAYS TO ARRIVE.*

Orders over $50 include tracking and insurance and are $12 in Ontario and $16 for the rest of Canada. These packages are expedited and can take anywhere from 2-10 days to arrive (although usually sooner rather than later).

Expedited shipping for an order under $50 is optional.

Reward points do not apply to shipping.

Duty costs for orders to the US are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We also offer a local pick up in London at two locations. One is my home, and you can PM for the address. The other is at the Oh Baby Boutique at the Western Fair Market on King and Dundas.

What if I want to return an item?

We do not accept returns, especially custom made items. If you have an issue with your item, please email us at tandmclothinglondon@outlook.com and we can discuss the issue. We must receive the request within two days of you receiving your order.
